Valentine’s Day has unexpectedly crept up on me this year. Owen and I aren’t really doing anything this time because everything in 2018 is about The Wedding and the move.
Outfits
Styling a beret in mustard yellow
How is January almost at an end?! It’s still chilly here so I had the perfect opportunity to wear my new mustard yellow beret.
Living my colour with Tabbisocks
Last year, I styled a few colourful looks for Tabbisocks’ Live Your Color blog and talked about things close to my heart.
Bespoke tailoring: a 2017 retrospective
For my best of 2017 post, I thought I’d take the opportunity to feature some of the gorgeous pieces my tailor made for me last year!
A Holiday Season Lookbook With Dare Fashion
For Holiday season this year, I’ve created a seasonal lookbook with Dare Fashion. It’s my first time making a themed lookbook and I’m so happy with the way it turned out!
A Day to Evening Party Dress for the Holidays
It’s Holiday Season, which means that the one thing I need in my closet is a party dress that can go from day to evening with a bit of pizzazz!
Autumn colours
Do you have particular tones of colours that you just can’t resist? With me, it’s this exact shade of forest green.
How to Wear White Tights Like a Champion
Being plus size, I’m no stranger to the premise that wearing white on your lower half is an absolute no-no if you’re fat. Especially white tights.
The Apple Witch: A Plus Size Halloween Look
Let me tell you about a memory of apples. The winter I was 9 years old, my mother came back from Delhi with a basket of shiniest and reddest Kashmiri apples I’ve ever seen, before or since.
Translating Pinspiration to my wardrobe
I have a love-hate relationship with Pinterest. I love all the fashion, DIY and home inspiration I find there, I hate how 85% of the site is basically images of skinny, white women.
A Vineyard Engagement
Owen and I got engaged a long long time ago but on his recent visit to India (which is also his final trip here for the foreseeable future!) we decided to have this vineyard engagement session to mark all the wonderful times we’ve spent together in India.
Why we’re eloping
The date is set, the venue is booked, and so are our photographer and florist. That’s right, the wedding is finally on and…we’re eloping!
